It’s an awesome album. It’s a fucking experience.
The bottom line is this, Illusive Golden Age has something for everyone.
You could only feel closer to the band if you were standing in their rehearsal studio with them.
This is a well produced, cohesive, and incredibly competent album which stands proudly on its own outside of a large pack of forgettable technical wankery with zero substance.
Be warned that it is highly addictive and you might need to detox to come away from it safely
Growth from this early, lofty level will likely lead to exceptionalism.
Players of obnoxious, abrasive music.
A fantastic listen of well produced, bluesy, groovy metal.
